The views from the rooms were impressive and the outdoor activities were fun, particularly the bike ride through the scenic countryside. The spa treatments were also enjoyable and relaxing, offering a perfect respite from the activities.
The staff was poorly trained and understaffed, leading to a lack of service and attention paid to guests. the food was overpriced, limited in options, and poorly prepared, which did not add to the festive atmosphere of our Christmas stay.

Nestled amidst lush gardens next to a serene winery cave, our villa boasted a luxurious and modern ambiance. The bathroom was pristine, and the turndown service added an extra touch of comfort. Delicious breakfasts were served with a backdrop of picturesque views out to the hillside. The villa's electric bike rides were fun, while the top spa pool provided a refreshing dip on warmer days.
The winery restaurant was often fully booked, causing a shortage of staff and services.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and spa. The hotel's elegant and modern design was complimented by friendly and attentive staff. The spacious and clean room came with luxury features including a fire and large bathroom. The on-site restaurant offered excellent food and informative wine tastings with a professional and humorous sommelier. The hotel's location, away from the crowds, made for a relaxing stay.
Absolutely nothing.

Spent Christmas at this brand-new resort, and it was a dream come true! The luxury villas located amidst vineyards were absolutely stunning, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. One of the best aspects of this resort was the easy access to bike rides through the beautiful countryside. We also loved the warm and cozy fireplace in our villa. The delicious breakfast was an added bonus!
The resort is quite expensive, but it’s worth it for the luxury experience. However, some extra hot chocolate and coffee sachets in the room would have been nice.

The level of luxury at this hotel is unmatched. The exclusive amenities such as the spa, sauna, and Jacuzzi made our stay unforgettable. The attentive service of the staff exceeded expectations and allowed us to fully relax. The beautiful garden area and sun terrace were perfect for enjoying cocktails and taking in the stunning surroundings. The in-room breakfast and dinner options provided a private and intimate dining experience.
The noise from the nearby road could be heard when the room doors were open, which was slightly disruptive. Despite the minor issue, the hotel's location advantages, with vineyards and breathtaking views nearby, were phenomenal.
